PartnersInWealth.Org will not be involved in disputes between users, or between users and any third party relating to the use of the Services. PartnersInWealth don’t supervise the performance or punctuality of projects; don’t endorse any content users submit to the Site. When you use the Services, you release PartnersInWealth from claims, damages, and demands of every kind, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and the Services. All content you access through the Services is at your own risk. You’re solely responsible for any resulting damage or loss to any party.

This is what you’re agreeing to when you create or donate to a project on PartnersInWealth.Org.

User Conduct

To register an account on PartnersInWealth, you need to be 18 or over. You’re responsible for your account and all the activity on it. If necessary, we may ask you for proof of age. Consult your accountant, attorney, or legal counsel on tax matters. PartnersInWealth.Org does not keep records on business or monetary transactions.

The site is available for your own use only. You represent, warrant and agree that no materials of any kind submitted through your account or otherwise posted, transmitted, or shared by you will violate or infringe the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights; or contain libellous, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material.

Campaign Donors

Campaign donors are people who give money to fund project creators in bringing ideas to life.

Campaign donors send their unconditional donations to a PartnersInWealth.Org campaign promoter. Campaign promoters provide their preferred methods of receiving donations to donors. Once donation is received, donors have the option to become a PartnersInWealth.Org VIP campaign promoter/creator.

Project Creators or Campaign Promoter

A creator/promoter is the person or team behind a legitimate project idea, working to bring it to life. He/she agrees and understand that PartnersInWealth.Org is not a business opportunity, an mlm/network marketing program, or money-making scheme. In fact, a campaign creator/promoter understands that no one makes money using the PartnersInWealth.Org platform. Donations are strictly used for their projects.

Anyone that meets a valid creator requirements is eligible to launch a project on PartnersInWealth.Org

Every project creator sets their project's funding goal and deadline. If people like the project, they can give money to make it happen. If the project succeeds in reaching its funding goal, wonderful. If the project falls short, campaign promoters keep what is received.

PartnersInWealth provides a funding platform project creators. When a creator starts a project on PartnersInWealth, they’re inviting other people to form a contract with them. Anyone who backs a project is accepting the creator’s offer and forming that contract.

PartnersInWealth is not a part of this contract — the contract is a direct legal agreement between creators and their backers.

If the creator provides rewards, he/she needs to deliver the reward promised by the specified date and time.

It is the project creators’ responsibility to complete their projects.

PartnersInWealth is not involved in the development or the delivery of the projects themselves.

Project creators is not responsible for refunding anyone's unconditional donation. After the project has been funded, creators have no obligation to that specific donor, and no agreement exists.

PartnersInWealth.Org will does not charge fees for donations given to campaign promoters.

PartnersInWealth does not offer refunds. Responsibility for finishing a project lies entirely with the project creator. PartnersInWealth does not hold funds on creators’ behalf, cannot guarantee creators’ work, and does not offer refunds.

Creators must maintain a high standard of effort, honest communication with the backers and a dedication to bringing the project to life throughout the process. If problems arises during the process, project creators must post update notice as soon as possible to explain what work has been done, how funds were used, and what prevents them from finishing the project as planned.

Project creators must demonstrate that they have been honest and used funds appropriately and made every effort to complete the project as promised.

Donors should try to remain patient and understanding throughout the process.

If a creator is unable to complete their project and fulfil rewards, they must explain how funds will be used to complete the project in some other form.

The project creator is solely responsible for fulfilling the promises made in their project.

User Content Posted on the Site

We reserve the right to review the site and may edit, delete or remove (without notice) any content or user content in our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason or no reason, including content that in our sole judgment violates these Terms of Use or our Privacy Policy, or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of users or others.

By posting user content to any part of the site, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to us an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part) and distribute such user content for any purpose. You waive any and all claims you may now or later have in any jurisdiction to "moral rights" or equivalent rights of authorship with respect to the user content. You may remove your user content from the site at any time. If you choose to remove your user content, the license granted above will automatically expire, however you acknowledge that we may retain archived copies of your user content.Mobile Services

Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit or terminate access to the site, delete your profile and any content or information that you have posted on the site and/or prohibit you from using or accessing the site (or any portion, aspect or feature of the site) for any reason, or no reason, at any time in our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Others

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in that or any other instance. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

This Terms of Use apply to PartnersInWealth Customers as well as PartnersInWealth Members (also referred to as “Associates”). If you are accessing and using this site as a PartnersInWealth Member you are in addition to these Terms of Use accepting the General Terms and Conditions.
